Custom Workout Blueprint

The Peek Kinetics Coaching Program is a custom online fitness program that takes you through you a

16-week exercise plan built specific to your goals, lifestyle, and needs. You will receive exclusive access to the Peek Kinetics app where your coach will construct a custom workout program for either the gym or at home and include all the proper equipment you have available. Within the app, there are personalized video tutorials with each exercise to help teach you proper form and execution. You also have the ability to track your data along with each workout to provide feedback to your coach, as well as yourself, on your progression each week. Video form check-ins are available via Facetime or Zoom to address any performance questions or concerns along the way. All levels of fitness, including beginner, intermediate, and advance, are all welcomed.

Custom Nutritional Blueprint

With our nutrition program, we will be providing nutritional guidance to you on your current eating habits and set you up with your own custom macronutrient blueprint that will help you reach your goals. You will be provided a Grocery List of options of healthy foods you can choose from, a Monthly Recipe Book full of healthy meal ideas, and a Custom Meal Plan built around your specific preferences and macronutrient needs. Each week you will have check-ins with your coach to go over your nutrition logs. New challenges each week will be given as a point of focus to help you take small steps to help develop your overall healthy eating habits.

1:1 Weekly Accountability Calls

We are here to be your personal fitness consultant, motivator, and accountability partner along your transformation journey. You will have access to schedule weekly 1:1 calls with your personal coach via phone or Zoom throughout the 16-weeks. We encourage all of our clients to check-in at least once a week via the Peek Kinetics app so we can determine how well you are progressing and address any changes that need to be made.

Custom Meal Plan

Your custom meal plan will be based on your specific food preferences, needs, and likes to help guide you on how exactly to reach your calorie and macro goals. Each plan includes various different recipes, from simple to complex, including the ingredients needed, cooking directions, and macronutrient breakdown. It will also provide you with a personalized grocery list of items you will need to plan beforehand.

Monthly Peek Kinetics Recipe Book

You will gain exclusive access to a new Peek Kinetics Recipe Book each month full of delicious and healthy recipe ideas for meal planning. Included in each are dietary restriction information as well as calorie and macronutrient information.
